#14.Another Approach to the Amplifier.

Looking more and more towards the Benjamin Flemings' Amplifier, the comparison with an ordinary sound amplifier is striking.
-A frequency range of 50-20.000Hz is very near to the 2500-40kHz range of BFs' amplifier.
-The output impedance of BFs' Amp is between 25 Ohm and 3 Ohm.
-Sound speakers have an impedance between 8 Ohm and 4 Ohm.
-On second thought, these Russian pioneers had only lamp amplifiers, so the amplifier quality was very bad.
-This would be TOO easy.
-We'll give it a try and bought a dual power supply of +-70V and an mono amplifier board of 500W.
